MDF DOORS
We manufacture High-End, MDF Cabinet Doors, Decorative End Panels, Wainscoting, and more.
We have been manufacturing custom CNC cabinet doors since 2017. Our Thermwood 45 5’x10’ CNC, with PanelMetrix software, enables us to nest custom one-piece doors in a cost effective way. Thousands of hours in research and development have made our doors second to none. We put in the hours so you don’t have too.
Custom door designs are also available. If you sketch it, we will try our best to make it happen.
DRAWERS
We manufacture high CNC dovetail drawers at competitive prices.
Our drawers are manufactured with a state of the art dover tail CNC machine, along with our drawer clamping machine. This produces a tight/square and exact dove tails every time. Available in pre-finished birch, raw maple, raw oak, raw walnut.

WAVE PANELS
We custom make some of our 4’x8’ panels using parametric equations. This makes doing multi-panels virtually seamless on large walls. We are adding panels as per request. Got something you want to try out? Give us a call.
SLATWALL
We custom make 4’x8’ slat wall. 3” center is our standard, however, you can request 2”, 4”, etc.
Order with or without aluminum powerwall inserts.
Available in Raw or laminated MDF.
MATERIAL
Our doors, panels, and slatwall are manufactured using Trupan High Plus MDF, with raw back or white back. Plum Creek material is available upon request.
